عَنْ شَدَّادِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ رضي الله عنه: أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَتَبَ الْإِحْسَانَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ، فَإِذَا قَتَلْتُمْ فَأَحْسِنُوا الْقِتْلَةَ، وَإِذَا ذَبَحْتُمْ فَأَحْسِنُوا الذِّبْحَةَ. وَلْيُحِدَّ أَحَدُكُمْ شَفْرَتَهُ، وَلْيُرِحْ ذَبِيحَتَهُ» . رَوَاهُ مسلم .
Compassion and Respect to the animals you will kill . If you will cut their throat at least feed them before the killing , don t show them the knife do not kill an animal before the others so you will terrorize them , and give them water before killing them , I hope that in all the world one day we will stop killing animals for God and we will instead build hospitals, schools , universities ,Orphanages because God does not need blood he needs love compassion , empathy

A working donkey was brought by her caregiver for free treatment for working injuries she had sustained. SPARE offers free medical help to working Horses and Donkey, Farm animals, livestock etc belonging to peoplepf low income status in order to encourage them to keep seeking medical help for theor animals whenever needed.

Lucy the beautiful Dalmatian mix girl that was involved in a freak accident is making excellent progress at the SPARE clinic. These updates are from today Very soon she will rejoin her loving family whom miss her and check on her like clock work. What makes Lucy's case very touching is the fact that her family loves her very much. Wish all animals had such amazing homes.

A gorgeous Dalmatian/Labrador cross female pet came in to SPARE for urgent treatment after she was involved in a freak car accident. She rushed in to traffic by accident and was hit by a car - luckily the driver hit his brakes in the nick of time. However she sustained injuries and is now undergoing medical care. hopefully soon she'll be okay and rejoin her loving and distraught family. She needs your best wishes.

Yet Another Stray Dog Massacre by the Egyptian Authorities, this time in Sidi Bishr, Alexandria - Egypt as per original poster 22 hours ago. Shootings and Strychnine poisonings are used to kill over a Hundred Thousand Stray/Feral cats and dogs all over Egypt every year! Yet even though they are still killed in these barbaric ways, most of the animal welfare community in Egypt prefer that the animals die like this rather than by Euthanasia.

Goldie Sue, now Anita, was rescued by SPARE after her case was reported to us in March 2015. She had been dumped by her owners and tied in a construction site after having a bad case of mange - which would have been easily treatable if her previous owners had been resposible humanbeings.
